Our SPEED 400 fins have been developed for those who would like to fulfil the 400 long distance with an even, high pace. This type is also suggested for those who swim long distance series during the training. Our SPEED 400 fins are softer than the speed ones preventing you from acidosis during the event of the competition.

Our Speed 400 fins were especially made for the 400m distance. We recommend this for those competitors, who want to complete the 400m distance, with high speed and with the best energy efficiency. The design and hardness of our fins are based on feedbacks from most 400m and open water swimmers.

We suggest you put on the fins upside down because in this way you can increase the swimming speed significantly.
Wet the fins and wet and soap your feet before putting on the fins. Catch the rear strap with two hands to pull onto your heel.
Do not expose your fins to sunlight for a longer time because UV radiation reduces their lifetime.
