1. Do we deliver to your country?
We deliver to all countries in the World.
Worldwide shipping.
2. How much does the delivery cost to your country?
The delivery fee depends on the country we deliver to, and also on the weight and the size of the delivered package.
After putting the products in the cart and choosing the destination country, the webpage automatically calculates the amount to be paid. This fee does not include any additional duties and other costs to be paid in the country of destination. If you have further questions about this, please contact the customs authorities in your country.
The delivery fee can be seen. by clicking on the Shipping window and choosing the country, or also by opening the cart and choosing the destination country. The fee automatically changes according to the size and the weight of the bought products.
3. How long does the delivery take?
The already paid orders are usually packed and delivered to the courier service or to the post office within 2 working days.
Delivery time to Europe: 2-5 working days, to countries outside Europe: 2-8 working days (DHL) 7-14 working days (post)
The delivery times given above represent the arrival of the package in the country of destination and do not include any customs clearance time.
4. When do I receive the package?

5. How can I track my order?
After sending the package, you will be sent a notification in email with the number of the package, so you can always track it, until it arrives
6. Can I order size 46?
Our size 4 fins are for size 43-45 feet, but they are also used by competitors with a feet size of 46-48.
What do you recommend of my feet size is between 2 sizes, for ex.-… Should I order the smaller or the larger size?
We recommend you to buy the larger one, if it is needed you can always use a 3 or a 5mm neoprene fin socks. The fin socks fill out the missing size difference and they also protect the feet from being abraded.
7. CMAS homologated?
Yes, all the Najade fins are homologated by CMAS.
8. What is the difference between Najade Speed-Sprint, Najade Sprint-UW, Najade UW-Speed, Najade Iron-Sprint, Najade Iron-Speed, and between Najade Speed and Speed 400?
We have developed our fins primarily for those who practice underwater sports. Besides finswimmers and underwater hockey and rugby players, lifeguards and classical swimmers also like to choose the Najade fins for competitions or for trainings. For all these reasons, our developers, in consultation with the competitors and coaches, have created the various Najade types. These fins were created in accordance with the requirements of the given sport and they are constantly being developed, for which the experience, suggestions and feedbacks of the athletes are essential, which we welcome and appreciate.
Najade Speed-Sprint: Our Najade Speed fins are made of softer material and are mostly used amongst women and long-distance swimmers. We recommend it for 100-200m. In case you think you are strong enough; you should choose the Sprint fins. The sprint fins are used by the more experienced competitors, it is recommended for 50-100m distances.

Najade Sprint- Najade UW: Their stiffness are the same. The straps on the UW fins are softer, so the underwater hockey and rugby players can play for a longer time comfortably.

Najade Sprint-Iron: Both types are for sprinters. Women and children mostly use the sprint fins, while the top male competitors and the underwater players prefer the Iron type.

Najade Speed- Najade Speed 400: Our speed fins are mostly used for trainings and for longer distances. After the 400m event was added to the finswimming competitions, the Najade Speed 400 was especially made for this. This type is made from a bit softer material, than the Najade Speed fins, so the competitors are able to swim with their maximum speed during the 400 meters.

9. Which size should I choose?
The size chart available at the link below will help you to choose the right size for yourself.
10. Can I change and how can I change if the size is not right?
You most certainly can, you have the right to change your product within 14 days after having received the ordered package. You must indicate your intention in writing to (info@najadefins.org) before the expiry of the 14-day deadline and with proof of the time, when you received the package. Please provide the information on the return form that is required to manage the return process.
After our confirmation letter, you must arrange for the return of the product within 14 days, and the related costs will be borne by you. You have to send the product back in its original package, without it being harmed. To return the product, only choose a delivery in which the shipment has a rag number and tracking is provided!

After sending the package, please write us the rag number of the package and let us know about the tracking possibilities.
Upon having receipt of the product to be replaced, we will act in accordance with the order of the deadlines described in the previous sections.
In the case of the products we deliver, you have the right to open the packaging and to try the product. However, we may claim compensation for damage, resulting from improper use.
11. Is there a warranty on the products and what should I do if I want to enforce it?
There is warranty. Please follow the steps below.
1/If you find a problem or failure of the ordered product in 3 months after receiving the it, first of all please notify us via email, sent to: info@najadefins.org
2/Please give us detailed description of the raised problem (we appreciate if photo is attached, too) and the data of purchase/delivery and the number of your order or invoice number.
3/Please cut off 2 small parts of the fins (see below), and post them in a single envelope to our following address:

The 2 parts are the following that we need: the problematic part cut around (1) and the brand emblem, size and production marks (2) as the photos show below.
